What we collect
We collect only the information required to fulfil an order: your name, contact details, and delivery address. Payment is settled on delivery or by direct bank transfer, so no card data ever reaches our servers.
How we use it
Order information is used to process, pack and deliver your purchase, and to contact you about that order. If you subscribe to the newsletter we will also send occasional collection announcements — you can unsubscribe from any of them.
What we never do
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except the courier carrying your parcel.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account entirely. Write to the studio and we will action the request within 30 days.
Cookies
We store a session cookie to keep your cart and sign-in state, plus a small preference cookie remembering your language and light/dark choice. Nothing else is tracked.
