Dispatch
Every order is packed by hand in the studio and dispatched within two working days. You receive a tracking reference as soon as the parcel leaves us.
Shipping cost
A flat rate applies to all domestic orders, and shipping becomes complimentary once your order passes the free-shipping threshold shown in your cart.
Returns
Unworn pieces in original condition, with all tags attached, may be returned within the return window shown at checkout. Start a return by contacting the studio with your order number.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, the refund is issued to the original payment route. Bank transfers are returned to the sending account; cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer to an account you nominate.
Exchanges
Size exchanges are free once per order, subject to availability.
Faulty pieces
If a garment arrives faulty, tell us within seven days and we will cover return shipping and replace or refund it in full.
